so the ww2 nazi thing was like whatever but then they r being stupid in 1992 again so theres def smth wrong with them in the head. how come this nation is so dumb? is there any scientific explanation

More like their intelligence allowed parasitic socialists to flourish. Dumb people blankly stare and do nothing, like the gypsies and Vietnamese in this movie, or like the Allies whose nations will be completely wiped off the map within 100 years of their victory over Germany

Secondly, not that any such dialogue could have a more vile stench of ignorance and illiteracy than "so the ww2 nazi thing was like whatever but...." the word "retarded" in such a manner is used only by the most ignorant of humans who only see "logic" and "generalization" as possible words of a different language.
