neanderthal she hooked up with in the pool really with Chanel and that's why she got the phone call at the end?

When Shane went to confront him, the sleazy guy was sitting at a nice breakfast table with other important looking chaps.. I'm guessing he was legit.

It leaves you asking that question. It makes the end of the film disturbing. She didn't know if she should take the Chanel job or not. If she did, she would have to go right back into the same lifestyle that she had just left behind and maybe get involved with the guy she hooked up with in the pool, because it may have been him who got her the job. This is what is going through her mind while holding the phone at the end.
