Host's accent - Does it annoy anyone else?

Does anyone else find the host's (Jack Maxwell) Bostonian accent annoying?

It's almost as annoying as the fake Cajun accent on all those Histlry Channel shows, except it's real.

YES! I can't watch the show anymore, because the accent comes off as an affectation rather than a "natural" speech pattern.

Everyone in the country has an accent according to people from everywhere else. Maxwell's is a Boston accent. It isnt faked. Maybe to him you'd sound unnatural.

Yessssss!!! I came here to post just that. I HATE all of the commercials for his show. I mute the tv when they come on. His accent is such an affectation.
