Yes, it is low budget but I enjoyed it.

It had a good story line which made it worth the watch to me. There were some cringe-worthy scenes and the budget was very apparent but on occasion, the acting was good and the scene worked. It was close to some fan fic films at time, but, for me, the story trumps that and I enjoyed the tale they told.
