Well, what can you say?

If you don't watch this movie expecting too much, you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for a film that will impress you and you will remember for some time to come...look elsewhere. It's a bit talky, especially the scenes between Arthfael and Myrrdin. Talky, as in it just seems to drag on in some scenes.

The production is about what you would expect for an indy film. It actually reminded me more of a made for TV film, and I had to check to see if it, in fact, was. I'm not saying that all made for TV films are bad. They aren't. I've seen a few that were quite enjoyable.

Overall, I think the film was okay. Worth watching once, but not worth writing home about.

And yes, as others have noted...it's not a great idea to be so obvious with the loaded reviews by people connected with the film. Quite a few people joining a little over six months ago, giving it great reviews, and reviewing nothing else. It couldn't be any more obvious if you titled such, "Review By One of the People Connected to the Film."

There was an independent horror film I watched last year. I came on here to see what people thought, and like this film, it had loaded reviews. The film was actually not bad, but at least for anyone coming across it on IMDB, they would probably look elsewhere due to the tarnished reputation from such reviews.

The moral of the story? Don't review your own films, or if you do, don't make it so ridiculously obvious. You'd think the loaded reviewers would understand this, and because they didn't, it makes me wonder how they were intelligent enough to work on a film. Then again, anyone can carry a set piece or wood.
