Recall Michael J.Fox as a surgeon LA-bound for a new postion forced into community service after crashing into a fence????? Sound familiar????

Yeah? So? Fox was a doctor who was going to the rich & famous, not the other way around! Plus, he remained as a doctor.

This movie is the reverse: going the nowhere'sville and what would she do staying there? Certainly nothing from Hollywood.



My thoughts exactly. The fence crash and courtroom scene was almost verbatim.
