The lead character was so shallow and selfish. I haven't felt as much hate for a lead female character since Bella from Twilight (& Elena from TVD).
She was such a witch, especially to Nick who was hired to help her and she obviously needed it.

He was brought in to take her job. You don't fall in love with someone that is taking your livelihood. Then she turned into a cry baby. Women don't do that in the workforce. And he didn't need to save her. She could have saved herself. I liked her more in the beginning of the movie. Just horribly degrading to women. And I was never sure what the grandmothers business was. Party planning? Or department stores? There are no multimillion dollar party businesses I know about.
I didn't hate her, but the actress did not make her very sympathetic. Loved the actor who played Nick though.
