Dakota needs to grow some balls,and Jim needs to stop being such a self centered douchebag.
Well, the show is over now, and Jim and Dakota are both "so proud" of themselves.
So proud of what? They did nothing, or very little, and basically lived off the efforts of others. I'll bet they're both obammer voters.

Didn't Dakota actually do quite a bit of work the first couple of weeks? It seemed like after he killed the pig was when he began taking prick lessons from Jim.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought he went on water runs and helped with the fishing net and a number of other odd jobs. I know for a fact he went on at least one water run which was how he was able to kill the pig.
I'm not excusing Dakota's laziness just pointing out that he did contribute more than Jim and since I can only judge what we were shown on camera it seemed like he did more work than the stay at home dad who got uppity towards the end.
You're probably right. My memory isn't that good. Dakota seems very young, very naive, very impressionable, very testy. I thought it was funny he was going to propose marriage after he got home. If his girlfriend watched the show, she'll probably be as disgusted as us and say "no", lol.
