Measure 5 (North Dakota) would make it a Class C felony to maliciously and intentionally burn, poison, crush, suffocate, impale, drown, blind, skin, beat to death, drag to death, exsanguinate, disembowel, or dismember any living dog, cat or horse. The man behind this film spent a quarter million of his own money to stop this. Think about that for a second. The people behind this movie are very, very dangerous.
