French release directors cut?

I was recently on amazon-France and it says that the film release is the "Directors Cut uncensored edition", I did not find anything like that on amazon- US or anywhere at all and I am wondering if anyone can confirm that there is actually a longer possibly more graphic cut? Hard to see how this film could get more graphic...lol. Thanks for any responses.

Same cut but if you're the type who cares about that sort of thing the French has a much higher video bitrate than the US Lionsgate BD (roughly double), so potentially better picture quality. JS
