It was really good! Kept me on the edge the whole time...the only thing is I wish it had more of a big reveal at the end with a major shocker like most LMN movies. In this one, we know who the bad guys are the whole time.
shareUnfortunately I saw it too and was not crazy about the story. As in most abduction of children on LMN the leading lady suddenly acquires all this strength and goes after the villain. This leading lady, with long stringy hair as usual, was just boring to watch her expressions of non emotions. Sorry folks, not a good film for this viewer. Have seen better on this subject which is a common one for LMN.
That long stringy, dirty looking hair bothered me, too. Being a nurse, she should have at least clipped it back or something to get it out of her face. That made the movie almost unwatchable.
shareI dvr'd this awhile ago and I'm just now getting to watch it. For the first twenty minutes i was on edge wondering when the girl would be abducted as they teased you with her continually disappearing as children do or her just being in situations where someone could easily take her.
One goof I thought I noticed was the mother finding the daughter's headband in her car, even though it was on the girl's head the last time she saw her. Upon rewinding, i see the girl wears several pink headbands.
The mother's morals are tested and you will question her actions but as information is revealed it will make more sense. Okay, about as much sense as a lifetime movie can make.
There is some justice by the end as well a weird wrap-up to an earlier story.
Just saw it popup on my netflix window.. Came here to check out what it's all about....will skip.

shareIt was a different type of thriller this time. I think it's Ok to know the perps sometimes. I must say that I preferred Gerry to Billy as the bad boys. I actually felt sorry for Gerry.
shareHe just seemed like a lonely sick man who needed a wife and children and never got any of that.... but was he a pedophile, is that why he kidnapped the little girl? Or did he just kidnap her cause he had nobody. The grandma went kinda loopy though... ??????
