Excellent movie, great cinematography

It was simple movie and they kept it that way, great cinematography, there were some weak points regarding exposure and injuries but overall very entertaining and unique. Although recent female leads are filled with feminist politics but this one was tolerable.

There's also a great message about risk involving traveling alone in strange places.

I agree, excellent movie, lots of very strong suspense and thrills. And I wanted to add that Blake Lively delivered a terrific performance.

Quite frankly, the summer's smaller movies delivered for me much more than most of the big blockbusters. My favorite summer flicks were this, Blood Father, and Train to Busan, the latter two of which got limited releases in the U.S.

Really enjoyed this one too! The ocean scenes (above and below) were eye-poppingly beautiful! For some dumb reason, I thought she was going to try to disarm the buoy so they'd have to check on it. I had no idea there was a flare gun in it.
