Horrifically rendered..

..and animated. From the trailer it looks like this short film was made with Blender, by someone trained on it for a week. Maybe not even modern Blender, but an early beta of it. If this is supposed to be a stylistic choice I counter that this purely due to rendering incompetence. I mean, the amateurish visuals were all over the place, and the animation is worse than Lawnmower Man at an early pre-production stage.
