i think i have never hated a series as much as i hated this one. if they at least had not given it the "dirk gently" name, then i could have at least ignored it.

Crap, I just got interested in this show, watched the 1st season and came here to see if season 2 is worth it.

I really liked the first season though. And it looks like S2 is rated as high.

So if I wanted to get (own) S1 & S2 on disc, does season 2 end decently? I mean, is there a big cliffhanger with lots of unresolved issues, or is "the case solved" (more or less) as at the end of season 1?
