She was presented as a bad ass, and when the sh17 went down she just stood there looking at it as if she's watching tennis, confused and useless. Okay, she wouldn't have been able to save Zim (can't believe they killed him :( ) But she could've help the cops get away faster if she had just shot the three creeps. She eventually shot one of them, but she had plenty of opportunities to shot down all three of them.

Then again, since she is supposed to be a badass, and she was stalking the cops anyway, shouldn't have she noticed the creeps and prevented them from firing the first shot??

Oh, let me guess, they aren't dead, they are just released from their bodies, and we'll see them all in the future when creep religion turns out to be accurate.

yeah her character is really poorly defined. in general it feels like the show stretching content to fill time rather than progressing with adequate substance.

While I see where you're coming from, it has been brought up that she might not be all there mentally. The "FBI agent" that spoke with her suggested as much and it really messed with her so he must not have been grasping at straws. She's been shown to be competent before, taking out as many as 3-4 fully grown men, and this time it just looked like she took a little too long assessing the situation. Perhaps that's common for her...the guy she was protecting did die.

To be fair, there was literally no way she could have prevented Springs death. He was always destined to die there no matter what she tried to do.

The more people she shoots the more likely she is to be spotted. What good would helping them be if she ends up dead? There could easily have been more in the building.

While she was a good fighter, she did say later that she'd never killed anyone before. That may be why she froze.
