shareYes . Caught this on Netflix and it was extremely well done. In a much unknown area of the war. It brings us the huge scope of the Great War and excellent footage from all countries and people involved. Awesome and well documented series that I hope more people will see.
shareWhat is so interesting and compelling about this fascinating series is that you are told about the war by so many different people from both sides, each with his or her own unique perspective. One thing that watching the series made me remember is the college history professor who said in class once that those who perpetrated this calamity on the human race--the ministers, the royals, the generals--should have all been stood up against a wall and shot as war criminals.
