It's just like "Mountain Monsters"!

It is done by the same people that do "Mountain Monsters", American Chainsaws.

They have a team leader, a trap builder, a researcher, a rookie, a tracker, etc.

This show has a high tech guy. No infrared camera so far, though.

Hate to tell you, but the tech guy had a flir camera and used laser activation for their asinine cage trap on the Saberwolf episode......just as retarded as Mountain Monsters and the Swamp one that have the same bunch of yahoos making tons of noise at night while supposedly always driving these "monsters" towards these traps. Like any "monster" running for its life is going to stop and eat some roadkill in one of these idiotic traps.......all they would have to do is set the trap with said bait and go home (leaving the woods nice and quiet) and sleep off their alcohol consumption and then simply check the trap the next day.....all these shows are ludicrous and mindless......just watched the one Alaska Monsters and it was enough to not watch it or the others again....just too stupid....they even have a 50 IQ loser like Wild Bill but hopefully there is only 1 Wild Bill......

I don't have to admit that it's funny at all. Because it isn't. I could not believe what I was seeing. I was just channel surfing and stopped on this. I got through the last half of one ep, and the first half of another. Both were horrible.

Stupid high fives, running through the dark woods and swamp...falling in "Alaska quicksand".

Maybe a 12 year old boy would think this is entertaining, but that's not being nice to the 12 year old boy. Even he would be too smart to buy into this crapfest.

I made a mental note of the commercials that ran with this and put them on my banned list of products/manufacturers.

Agreed! I too wS surfing when I saw this...all of five minutes. It happened to be that fake "hurry I'm in quicksand " the whole routine was so incredibly fake and acting so bad....I can't imagine ANYONE liking this load of crap.

MISSING IN ALASKA is way better, by comparison. Just as semi-fabricated, mind you! But, the fabrication process is better written and post-production edited. Especially, that recent episode about the headless bodies of the Nahani River Valley.

There was no head-hunting tribe of overgrown Native Canadians known as "the Nahani" that mysteriously disappeared hundreds of years BCE! The truth is, "Nahani" is just a generic term that was loosely applied, by the Ottawa government, to any and all tribes in the region of the Liard, Nahani, and Peace Rivers well into the 19th century.

There was, however, a tribe of alleged head-hunters that the Dene called "the Naha" who supposedly lived in that same region.

A small-but-crucial difference that serves as an example of the clever re-writers working for M.I.A.

I watch both show's mainly for entertainment only. I have seen some very strange stuff in Mt's of WV before & No There was no Moonshine or drugs involved in my honest very strange eye sightings.

Love Mountain Monsters I guess because its filmed in my local area. Even talked to one of them brothers for few minutes who is a Executive Producer guy's in a local area store one cold winter day like minus 0 degrees outside.

Saw him on TV on like a "after the hunt TV show" they did do that show for one year only. I know I saw that guy somewhere before when I saw him, then a few days later, Yes!!! I know where I saw that guy before.

But I wish they at least write little different scrip's for the actors to read & say.

But that almost hurt there shows not having at least a little different scrip's for each show and/or little different format's each & every show.

You can just about follow both shows by what there actors say word for word on both shows.

I am & my main goal is not trying hurt there shows, Only trying help them improve there product. I would love to watch these shows for many years to come.

It sure better than that very boring Losing Bigfoot show on TV.
