That soldier was explaining to some lady that she'll see women dressed in bags and he said that she's probably seen that in Toronto or Paris, but not there.. he told her not to stare or it will *beep* sh!t up for them. What was he talking about? Why would women be dressed in bags?
shareHe didn't literally mean bags. He was referring to some manner of traditional dress that would cover the women's bodies and/or faces. The Afghan men were upset because the soldier was high enough on the ladder that he could probably see into a women-only space where they weren't dressed for modesty in the presence of men.
