Worst police I've ever seen-spoilers

First off, as a Sargeant one of your officers calls and tells you he's found who has been kidnapping all these missing women and you wait like 6 hours to send back up? Then the police officer was so dimwitted and scared, what was the point of having him in it at all?He literally added nothing to the plot except for giving the dad access to a gun which he didn't even use to the extent he should have. I liked some of this movie and was really rooting for these women, especially the 2 sisters but parts of this were ridiculously bad.
