Just when you think that cinema can't sink any lower, this film shows up. I haven't seen this but the trailer made me feel physically sick. How can one immerse oneself in a story when the lead is a dead body? I guess the production want us to use our imagination but the concept I find totally repulsive. Radcliff will do anything to escape the harry potter label which made him extremely rich, but this is a step too far. He can't act anyway so perhaps that's why he chose a dead body. Go on producers and people involved in this to challenge me but you won't change my opinion. Shameful.

As one shouldn't judge a book by its cover, it isn't wise to judge a movie by its trailer.
I've seen many a good movie that had a mediocre trailer.

To call someone 'retarded' in the UK is actually a hate crime. I was expressing my opinion. If you don't agree with me then fair enough but show some respect you rude and self righteous person. I watch a film weekly so know about cinema. Yes, I haven't seen this but I was talking about the concept of a dead body being carried around for 90 minutes. If you enjoyed it, good for you but bear in mind that others are entitled to their opinion.

Firstly, this is absolute nonsense haha.

Secondly, to the original comment, the film itself is actually quite heartfelt in places and if you'd watched the film you'd realise its nowhere near as simple as Radcliffe's character merely being a 'dead body'. I won't go into the details because you'd have known them if you hadn't judged the film without seeing it.

What's a snowflake? Oh I bet it's another Americanism that will make its way into the English dictionary again. Why does Britain have to follow the USA. We now have your totally materialistic and totally sentimental Christmases, over the top Halloween, baby shower, etc. Just because it comes from America doesn't make it good or right. I still totally adhere to my complaint that calling someone a retard is extremely offensive to a person with learning disabilities. Shame on you all

I'm guessing you never watched Weekend At Bernies? It was released in 1989 and featured a dead body. Check it out, it is a bit dated now but was an extremely funny film at the time. If you really do have an issue with dead bodies playing the lead in film I'm guessing you feel the same about Warm Bodies and Colin and, let's be serious, every other zombie film out there. I'm not a Potter fan (never read the books or seen the films) but I have watched a few things he's been involved in and really liked e.g. A Young Doctor's Casebook, Horns, etc. I think the fact that you are basing your critique on watching a trailer without actually taking out the time to watch the whole film says more about you than about this film.
