I feel like either Paul Dano or Daniel Radcliffe should have received nominations. Daniel's Manny especially, is the most unique character portrayed in movies in recent memory.

shareAgreed. This is the movie I remember most from a year full of great ones. It was weird and wonderful and superbly acted.
But hey, we knew the Oscars wouldn't touch it.
