Very Cringe Worthy

If a movie's purpose is to make you think/feel/bring up emotions - then this is a great documentary.
I had to watch it in phases, as it was too much for me to watch in one sitting.
I did feel sorry for the rats at times. Even the professional rat catcher stated the reason they're so adaptable is that 'God made them that way'. They are God's creatures after all. They do carry many harmful parasites for humans in New York anyways - they seem a little more healthy in Cambodia/Vietnam where they eat them.
As someone said 'if someone leaves food out for you every night - wouldn't you eat it?' That's what they do in NY every night. Thousands of pounds of food left on the curb by restaurants overnight.
The Terrier scenes were tough to watch.
I was totally amazed how they adapt their DNA in order to digest poison. So much so that any predator that eats them will die. It seems almost supernatural, as evolution takes thousands of years, but Rats seem to do it in a few generations. I wish they said how quick they adapted to the poisons.

Good job Spurlock!
