Naah there is a new picture of him as John Wick walking a dog new york and he looks the same as he did in John Wick.

Not really...his hairstyle is extremely conservative and aging..kinda like balding (not necessarily shaved though) men look so much older..so do conservative hairstyles age both men and women.
Loose hair around the face is youthful..stiff short hair is aging.
