Ending - Disgrace would be a better title. - A Lot of SPOILERS

The movie is terrible, but the end is much worse than it looks.

As Isabel killed the policeman (aggravating circunstances) and her father, I think she would get life imprisonment. In the best case scenario she will be stuck in a penal institution for mental patients.

The defense attorney will claim rape and so the officer's family will lose the pension. Consequently, Keanu will lose his only friend (Janine) and the confidence of his boss.

I do not know if in New York abortion is permitted in such cases. If not, poor child: rapist grandfather, rapist father and killer mother. No one would be with the child, neither Janine, nor Isabel's poor mother, nor Galban (Keanu), which no longer takes care of his child.

What a week for the Latino family: lost a son in Afghenistão raid, another killed by a drug dealer, the lovelly dog hit by a car, and the daughter-in-law became pregnant by a miracle.

If Isabel had seen Gapar Noé's Irreversible (2002) she would never have entered
in the subway that time of night.

It's a 4/10 to me. Reeves still is one of the top 10 worst actors in film history. The script (I read it) was stripped, the editing is awful and the director wiped out his name from the credits under a pseudonym. Anyhow, (spoilers) the movie doesn't suggest who the father of pregnant Isabel's child was, and what comes next? Awful ending.

The father of the baby was the rapist cop. Did you watch the movie at all?

So because it doesn't have a happy ending it's a disgrace?

I thought the ending was great, decent movie overall but great ending the made sense of the supernatural elements, she blocked out rapes mentally by seeing the angels but her young self who was raped by her father came to visit her thought that was pretty ace

The plan is you drink a nice tall glass of shut the *beep* up.
