shareGod yes, i would like to have seen Sherry (and Jake) be the protagonists in RE6, and they could have focused more on her experince and the past that led up to this. And the have the sections of Leon/Chris/Ada interacting be DLC.

Yes, RE6 should just have been about Sherry and Jake. Her past, her experiences and his past paired together with their dads. It would have been a great way to introduce new chacters but staying true to the old RE. (Like with Leon/Claire in RE2.)
The fact that they had Sherry come back as an adult and sent out to get the son of the man who has been the reason she has been locked up by the government, and also her dad's best friend. It really could have been such an awesome game! And the few interactions with Chris, Leon and Ada could have been extra material or DLC.
RE needs to go back to the roots, no more giant monsters and over the top missions. Just narrow corridors, low ammo count and shadows.

No more DLCs. There are way too many games nowadays trying to make an extra buck instead of investing in a solid game.
