Who is "she"?

There are a few mentions of a "she" throughout the movie by Jake, but it's never really explained who "she" is. I think the first was in the airport where Jake says that she has every last dime of his money. There are a couple more I can't remember.

Anyone know who this refers to and why they don't clarify?
