We have to give Kirk some credit.

He usually comes off as someone with retrograde thoughts, specially in the movies he works in. If you consider that, this movie "should" have been about him convincing people that Christmas is bad because people it makes people forget about Jesus. Instead, he proves that he does have an open mind on certain issues. If he has other positive messages to convey, I'd be willing to watch his next movie... as long as he partners with people that can make at least a competent production.
