Why did you watch it? It's because you're a masochist. Why else would anybody subject themselves to this?

Honestly, like you, I'm a lover of bad movies but this barely qualifies as a movie. It's just Kirk Cameron re-interpreting Christmas stories to fit the current version of Christianity. He admits it at the end that they need to create new stories to teach the kids of today so they'll grow up learning about them and be of the same mindset.

In other words he's all about historical revisionism when it suits him.
