Can someone sum up the movie and the twist for me?

There's no particular twist like I was lead to believe there was. It plays like a Lifetime movie more than anything else. Starts off really well but the last act just drags on and on. Decent acting and production but pretty boring overall.

Only thing that I enjoyed was the creativity of trapping them

home invaders, she locks them in the basement
the fun part is how the mechanics in the house work , she has a remote to open certain doors and furniture
she kills 2, 3rd is an angry bald guy, 4th is the nice guy
she watches them on cctv
they find body parts
basically her dad raped her as a kid, her n her bro kill the dad then lure sexual predators into the house and try and get them to repent by them shooting themselves. if they dont then they kill them

end she burns the house down, id give it a 6/10 its watchable

good concept but drags ...first half is more intense.
