Its a bit like it, but in this one, there are no naked shots of Teresa Palmer like in Restraint!

Very different, in my opinion.
Yes, there is a similar theme of *SPOILERS* "bad guys" break into a house/take a hostage only to discover that the person they've captured is actually much more evil than they are. I think it's too much to say that it's a rip off. Having a similar idea of "You messed with the wrong person" is not uncommon in horror/thriller movies. I could probably name a few (some of them pre-dating Restraint with this plot element.
