The trailer is powerful

Good luck with the final product, Clare Lewins.

The line about "saw in to his eyes and saw God" was incredibly cheesy, and then add the emotionally manipulative music... It honestly came of as a contrived piece, a simple product. A shame when documentaries has to go that route.

The film is obviously more of a love letter to Ali than a serious documentary. The man deserves all the praise he gets; there is no reason to get all snippy about it.

Also I had the pleasure of meeting him and his wife once at a trade show. Just enough to say hello. Even with Parkinson's, looking into that man's eyes and you see something there that other people do not have. I am obviously not going to say I saw God, but the man is a breathtaking presence.

cjakub01 gets it.

There is no pretense to objectivity in this film, just a touching evocation of the charisma that touched so many lives.

But you deserve the last word here.

No one has ever called me snippy, haha =)

I haven't seen the documentary, obviously, so I am merely criticizing how they present the documentary in the trailer (that is why I also mention the music).
