Aha... that was so funny.

I had to write both down on a piece of paper and draw lines and cross off letters to watch it work. Reminds me of The DaVinci Code anagram!

If you look close at the background a bit later, you can see Olaf's second attempt at fixing the banner, and it spells "HAPPY HAIRY ANT BAND".
