Is Singing Necessary?

They just talk in a singsongy voice! Like I know, little girls LOOOOVE Elsa and Anna but for others, it annoyed me it was not more realistic. They burst into song, while having a conversation. There conversation is the song. That made the lyrics tasteless and quite dumb to me, actually. The "Lavender's Blue, Diddly-Diddly" song from the movie Cinderella after this short had annoying lyrics as well, except for in Lavender's Blue, the lyrics were just odd. In Frozen Fever, they were singing instead of talking, which was redundant. Anyone else agree?

Just think about what the Frozen Characters can really say, when Frozen fans talk for them about their narrative strenght...
It's the better way to conduct them a sympathic way... for a true Frozen sequel in the regular Disney cannon.

I thought that at first, but after listening to it for a second time, I've fallen in love with it! Now I actually like the style they chose, and the lyrics certainly aren't "dumb"...

The song disappointed me. It is decent at best and certainly not up to par with the songs from Frozen (well, except Fixer Upper but my cat's yowling when she gets a bath sounds better than that!). I like that the short wasn't just like Tangled Ever After which did nothing for the characters and was only six wasted minutes of slap-stick humour. Frozen Fever at least focused on the characters and really showed how much Elsa hurt during the years she was locked away from Anna.

Still, I wish it had been coupled with a better song.

It turns out that humans use art.

Frozen is known for its songs. Also this short could have been an hour if it weren't for a singing montage.

It never bothered me anyway.

Many Disney Features & Shorts don't hAve characters singing.

How ironic. Most people complain when musical numbers don't advance the plot, which is what songs like that do.
