Hurricane Bianca, Del Rio, Mexico

What a fun flick. A couple of twists too. Definitely enjoyed it.

Willam, Shangela and Alyssa Edwards were fantastic. The whole cast was good. Lola Botha, Denton Blane Everett and Ted Fergusen nailed their roles. Pretty good cinematography too for what it was worth. I wish it was a little longer and had more Bianca tbh.

Her laugh at the end. Hahahaha.

Everytime I saw a snake, I thought of Alaska.

The end slightly reminded me of "Puppet" by Alaska with the nominees and yelling "Rigged!"

Overall I enjoyed it a lot, but there were some weak/predictable parts but it didn't make it bad at all. Bianca is amazing - I met her working on the AIDS charity event Project Nunway LA and she is freakin' fabulous in this also.

RuPaul came on quite a few small scenes too.

GO BIANCA!

This movie was terrible but I loved it. My friend had me watch it with him and we couldnt stop laughing. Apparently there's a second one coming out according to the search results on IMDb. Can't wait.

-On October 3rd He asked me what day it was "What day is it?" "It's October 3rd"-

I was surprised at how much I liked it. I was honestly expecting something akin to one of the RPDR acting challenges, but I thought it flowed well and landed some solid laughs.

The thing that surprised me and charmed me the most about it was its general optimism. I loved the simple, sweet resolution to Karma's story--with her simply being embraced and loved by her family. I loved that the "ladies man" coach didn't suddenly "realize" he was gay--instead he realized that a woman he loved was a man and maybe that was okay. The nasty kids in the science class were given pride and self-esteem and stopped tormenting their classmate.

The movie could have really easily just turned all of the supporting characters into hateful rednecks, but instead it said something about finding common ground and raising everyone up. There were two villains, yes, but the rest of the characters were given respect as people and I really liked that.
