Were there any little girls in the camp? Am I correct in thinking we only see little boys? If not, were little girls not abducted and brought in and were female babies killed?

Yes, there were little girls in the camp. Schäfer was a homosexual though, so they weren't of any interest to him and thus not a relevant part of the story.

Homosexuals aren't interested in little boys either. Pedophiles are.

You could see the young girls at the Mixed Parade when Pinochet came to visit.
Also Ursel said she and her parents came to the Colony when she was 9.
