I'm not sure I fully *understand* the film, but I loved every minute of watching it unfold and it has absolutely gripped me. Whatever your interpretation of the film and its meaning, the pain of these two characters, and obviously especially Catherine, is riveting and palpable. This is a movie I want to watch again, with other people.

It was a very good film, owing mostly to the performances. I would love to see this as a stage play, where this dialogue would be more effective. I found some of the direction distracting, and I had to replay dialogue because it was obscured by background music or poor recording. 7/10 stars from me, though I might upgrade upon future viewings.
