Where's this amazing town in the great North West?

Where deciduous trees retain their leaves through December? Where ice can move like a sharknado or a twisthurcylocane? This is just a few of many questions I ask myself while watching this abortion. The writing is bad. The actors look like they have escaped from that talent agency "Special Olympic Casting". It's really a gem.
