One problem with this

The shots of Tig and Stephanie separately after they ended their friendship. Cutting room floor, nothing footage of them with no particular expression on their faces for a few seconds that we are supposed to see as them being sad because they aren't together. Come on.

Get over it, it's supossed to evoke emotion which I think it did handily.

I like how you just assume for no reason that it has been bothering me all week and that it is something I need to get over, and that a stranger explaining what the point of it was (as though I hadn't shown that I already knew) is going to be the reason I do it. You're giving yourself too much credit.

It was dumb. Were we not supposed to figure out that they get together eventually? What other reason would there be for even talking about this girl? The doc turned into a rom-com for a couple of minutes. It did evoke emotion though. I laughed at how corny and unnecessary it was before I became annoyed that the movie was treating its audience like we are stupid.

I thought the same thing. I liked it overall, but their parts went beyond documentary and got a little too cheesy and forced some weird re-enactment thing.

It was to show what Tig went through in the last year or 2 of her life. It was a large part of her life.
