Anyone expecting Peter Pan and Wendy to start making out
I was sure it was going to happen when they first met.
shareI was sure it was going to happen when they first met.
shareYeah, what's with all this romance? A friendship was always implied in their relationship, but nothing more. Adding romance between children is just wrong.
shareMaybe its just me but I felt like there was sexual tension between them two.
shareI don't think you're very familiar with Peter Pan. Some adaptations omit romantic elements but in the original book Wendy had romantic feelings for Peter.

No, Wendy is struggling with the transition from childhood to adulthood, and experiences romantic feelings for Peter from the get-go. Pan can't love though because it leads to pain. Youth is carefree! That's why he forgets everything. It breaks her heart. And it breaks her heart every time after their adventure that he doesn't return for spring cleaning.
shareNICE analysis, HecubusEVIL! Yes, exactly!

Yeah, I suppose you're right! But it's really just one-sided, Wendy not Peter.
shareRight, which is part of the story. Peter is the eternal boy and chooses not to grow up. So, despite the attraction he's ultimately unsuitable as a romantic partner for Wendy. He can be her surrogate child, but never her lover. Which is part of why she ultimately chooses the real world over Neverland.
The story is often portrayed in more child friendly versions as being this kind of delightful adventure romp, but there's really something incredibly sad about Peter who is this eternal boy who is unchanged and unchanging. He runs through basically the exact same spiel with Wendy's daughter that he does with Wendy. She grows up and matures and has a full life, but Peter is just sort of doing the same thing over and over again "all of this has happened before and all of it will happen again"
Unless Alpert's covered in bacon grease, I don't think Hugo can track anything.
I thought he became a lawyer, got married and had kids.
share^what they said
Tink, Tiger Lilly and Wendy all went Peter to be their lover.
Wendy is traditionally supposed to be a tween, maybe twelve or so, and her incipient sexuality is a big part of the undertone of the story. Wendy ultimately chooses to reject the fantasy of Neverland for what the adult world has to offer her.

You never read the book, did you?
