Can anyone tell me where this film is set? I'm not looking so much for the name of the place as its locale: is this a rural town in Bulgaria or a suburb of Sofia (or another major urban center) or... Thanks! Jan

Small town that is about 100 km south from Sofia

The houses are REALLY cheap in Bulgaria last time I checked. Probably the cheapest in all of Europe! (Average asking price is about $30,00 USD). Probably because it gets so cold there especially in the rural parts...
