Maybe the actress didn't have time to work on her Brittany. But not only was Brittany more petite, she looked at things with a certain tilt to her head and had a signature smirk as far as I'm concerned.

Lifetime has been so insulting with these movies lately. I'm already cringing on the Whitney & Bobby film in the works. The only hope for it is the fact that Angela Bassett is directing.

Looked nothing like her, spoke nothing like her. None of her mannerisms . Totally different person being portrayed IMO.

I'm watching it right now, she seems to be doing a bad impression of Tai Frasier than Brittany Murphy.

I agree, bad casting.

I am watching now. I have seen a couple of times her mannerism channeled Brittany, so it at least shows she was trying.
