How many of you were actually fans of her?

I've been a fan for years. I was a little kid when I first saw her on 'Sister, Sister'. Clueless, Cherry Falls, Uptown Girl, Girl Interupted, Just Married, 8 mile, Happy Feet..Her singing at the movie awards in 2002. She was a great actress and singer. She was a favorite of mine. I was so sad when she passed away. :(

I loved her in just about everything you mentioned. I also remember her in the short lived Almost Home, Prophecy II, Cherry Falls, and Girl, Interrupted. Funny how a couple of those little known films were brought up in the movie. Her transformation into a quirky, blonde bombshell in the early 00's was quite shocking. I used to always her line, "I'll never tell" in Don't Say A Word. Her rom-coms were cute, but I loved her indie ventures like Spun and The Dead Girl.

The last big mainstream movie I remember her being in was Sin City. She had a very memorable role. That's why I was confused as to why she fell off the map so fast. Most say it was her film, Little Black Book, bombing at the box-office. I'm sure there was more to it. Around the time she passed away, I purchased Deadline, Across the Hall, and Abandoned. They were good for what they were. She could still act. She still had the talent. It's a shame.

*beep* happens and then you live.

I was a fan of hers too, I took my girls when they were little to see Uptown Girls, Just Married, Little Black Book, although I loved her in Clueless, 8'Mile, the voice on King of the Hill & those Indy like flicks she did afterwards like Ramen Girl, etc. I was saddened to hear she passed at such a young age. In contradiction to the movie, I not once thought she was washed up or headed downhill w/her career. I thought she was on a roll and never stopped, I was surprised to hear Jordache jeans dropped her, as well as others, I just can't believe that, she was still on top and lots of peopled loved her.

And surprised to hear it's murder, who would have done such a horrible thing to her and her husband?

I first saw Brittany in Almost Home, also on an episode of Kids Inc. I always thought she was a great actress, I really liked her in Clueless and Uptown Girls.

I was a super fan also. I was horrified by this film. May she rest in peace.

my fave Brittany movies were Clueless, Uptown Girls, 8 Mile, Just Married and Riding in Cars with Boys. I can't wait to see her "new movie" Something Wicked.

I loved her in that show almost home when I was a kid. She was heartbreaking in girl interrupted. She was amazing

I was a fan of her's! I first saw her in Just Married when I was twelve and fell in love. She was so pretty and had the best laugh ever. I was so heartbroken when I heard she died (I was in high school). This movie sucked and is degrading to her memory.

Yes most definitely a fan of Brittany - I've watched all her movies, and I think she was a wonderful actress. Her death will always remain a mystery and she will be missed by her fan base. I didn't care for the movie, nor the actress; they could've picked a better actress (I'm sorry to offend Fuller, but she looked nothing like Brit nor does she have the acting chops like Brit). I will always miss that gorgeous sweet smile and respect her for entertaining the troops overseas any chance she got - mostly traveling w/the USO, she had so much respect for men and women overseas. RIP Brit you will NEVER be forgotten by your TRUE fans.

Another fan here. I loved her movies. I was just watching Riding in Cars with Boys the other day and could not get over how gorgeous she looked. I felt horrible when I heard about her death.

I sometimes don't read the bottom of posts because I think it's a signature.

I've only seen a handful of her films (Clueless, 8 Mile, Just Married, Uptown Girls, Little Black Book) but I thought she was fantastic. There was just something about her that really attracted me to her (more than just looks) she had some interesting mannerisms that were just unique to her. Just Married is my favorite of her films and I will watch it randomly from time to time. I wouldn't call myself a hardcore fan or anything, but I enjoyed her in the films I saw with her. Even Little Black Book which I really didn't like that film, I enjoyed seeing her in the film. A real loss, I remember the day she died, it was truly shocking.

I was for sure. I was sure she was going to be this generation's Meryl Streep. Excellent actress and seemed like a nice person.
