Family friendly and very boring.

When they say it's family friendly they really mean girls will love it, moms will say "it's cute" and fathers and boys will have to suffer through it.

I'm guessing the creators love cooking because there really is no reason plot wise for magic through cooking to be the focus of the show. Just as easily and more logically could've been magic through casting spells.

Anyway, I have to suffer through this every night so I thought I'd give a guy's point of view. At least kid shows like iCarly and Victorious were funny. Blandest, humorless half hour on the air.

I've watched it 5 times all the way through and love it. Not boring at all. Like every magic and fantasy show they create their own reality. Great case, good acting, good cooking references.

I suppose its all about personal taste, I don't find iCarly or Victorious funny at all. They are just more of the same old overused format depicting loud mouth, obnoxious "kids".

Is cooking your major issuewith tbis show, the cooking scenes are spruced up to be more interesting
