You're not the only one. I really liked her, and I enjoyed them giving John an attractive romantic interest, rather than being stuck as the platonic friend of Dutch. It added an extra dynamic to it all.

I know that once a scifi series (or any series, for that matter) sets up its characters, fans often hate any changes to that particular group dynamic. I'm the other way. I find it annoying and boring if characters don't change and grow. I don't necessarily mean kill them all off Walking Dead style, I just mean that it's good to shake things up and have characters with lives. I think it's a real shame they've killed off Pawter.

I started liking her more when she started hanging out with Johnny. I'll miss her.

I'll miss her. I was really starting to enjoy the dynamic between Johnny and her. However, I felt they wanted to do something big and memorable. Plus it gave them a good storyline to dirty up Johnnys hands a bit.

Also, while I'll miss her I really love Pree and Fancy more so I'm glad neither of them died. All though now that they've killed the tree shouldn't have Alvis been expendable? Unless they still plan to have the scar backs play a bigger role in the J and just not the quad? I'll have too see how S3 plays out.

I almost stopped watching the series. Unbearable... She was my favorite. I was totally surprised, I even think I cried.
Damn, her and Johnny were so awesome together...
