Anachronisms, confusion, and strenuous exercise

So let me get this straight; what'shername is in 2014-ish, and she's designing buildings for Nakatomi, even though he was murdered by Hans Gruber in 1988, but yet there he is, right in the front row of the Nakatomi buildings presentation. And what I really want to know is whether or not the hinted-at sequels (in Colorado and all) will have Bruce Willis in them. And anyone else agree with me that they should have named the company what'sherface works for more appropriately? I totally would have gone for something like 'Titor Design'. And I would have also had her present the planned Nakatomi Plaza in California.
