Mom smashing the guitar (SPOILERS)

I do not blame her for doing that to Gabe's precious guitar, as he ruined something much worse, but if it was a GUY who did that to one of his wife's prized possessions to get back at her for cheating on him, he would've immediately been arrested or much worse which I think is ridiculous. I think it would've been much more interesting if the husband was hospitalized and the wife cheated on him with their supposed long lost "son."

I wish we knew why Gabe also deleted the files off her computer. That made no sense. I felt bad for the wife at that point. I thought there was going to be some secret sex tape on the laptop that everybody at the presentation saw. 

The husband deleted the files to make problems on the job, for the wife, in hopes that she would break down or snap like before. That way the husband would be closer to having the wife committed.
