Season 2?

Not criticisng your taste or anything, but I have been watching this in the UK where we are several months behind no doubt, and my initial opinion of this is that it looks like another "Lost" to the extent that we will not know the answer for several series as long as it is successful. By the same token, if the series is not renewed, then we will never know the answer.

I have watched too many of these series recently which have been written in the hope of a second season that doesn't come, and interesting as this looks, I just cannot be bothered getting to the end of this season only to wait for a second season that may never happen to find the answers, so I will stop watching now. Personally, I think it should be mandatory that all these series have an alternate ending to each season, so that if the networks do not renew, fools like me are not left on tenterhooks.
