Is that a Neutrino on the right? (possible spoiler)

On the right, in the cylinder you can see a person? with their arm over their face.
Looks like it could be, that scene was kind of like the end of Cabin in the Woods, I was looking for the Easter eggs... looks like a Triceraton (from Eastman & Laird TMNT #6) on the left.
