When is this getting a general release?

This was absolutely the finest film I saw at Sydney Film Festival, and one of the best Aussie films I've seen in many years. It's a crime this hasn't got a theatrical release yet!

Not that there's anything wrong with that!

I just rented a Blu Ray of Good Kill and there was a trailer for The Daughter included. Looks like it is straight to video.

Actually this is getting a cinema release now. Mid-March 2016.

Hi fragile_day, i just saw it today and agree it was amazing. So moody, haunting and well-acted. It was one of those films you'd think about long after you'd seen it, not to mention what you would do if you were in Christian's situation. To tell or not to tell, that is the question!
