Emma and hate - glad it's not just me

I can't stand her. She's just so sanctimonious, self-centred and forever storming off in a fit of pique (ot before shooting a look of disgust). Whether it's Emma, Kieran, Noah, her mum, her dad she turns up especially to see them and then flounces off in a huff. Even when she's ot being a snot-nosed rag she's just bland and 'tere', just 'there', pointless and annoying.

It's not that she's not Sidney Prescott (as is the common myth bandied about as to why she's hated so much) nor is it her acting. I had a similar reaction, and for the same reasons, to Grace in Scream Queens.

Emma isn't my favorite but I think she's grown as a character and become more likable. I would still like to see her die before the series ends although I doubt that will ever happen. Grace I could never stand and still think they missed the chance on killing her in the Season 1 final of SQ. It also would have made for a much better Season 2 killer motive in the show.

She's ok. Brooke, on the other hand, got on my nerves big time, in season 2.

Ugh YES I could not stand grace from SQ either. At first she was ok but then she got annoying. I hope she redeems herself in season 3 (Emma not Grace) because I really want to like her. She looks like she has fire inside waiting to burn out of her skin and be all kinds of fun, but then the writers keep her tame (aside from the ending of the Halloween Special.) She just needs to pick up a rock and smash it into the next Killer and i will love her forever.

I like Emma. I especially liked how she said she doesn't need rescuing.
